KCR Grants Tax Exemption for Rudhramadevi
After facing a lot of financial hurdles for last 3 years, Gunasekhar's prestigious 3D film Rudhramadevi is finally all set to release tomorrow. With less than 24 Hrs to the film release, Telangana Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) declared a special gift to Rudhramadevi film unit.

Just a while ago, KCR declared entertainment tax exemption for Rudramadevi in Telangana region. Rudramadevi is a historical movie that showcases the legacy of Rudhramadevi, the warrior queen of Kakatiya dynasty. She ruled her kingdom from Orugallu (Warangal) in Telangana.

Tax exemption is a good news for Gunasekhar and Dil Raju who got the Nizam distribution rights for the film. The film will be released in both 2D and 3D formats from tomorrow and let's wait and watch if Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu will follow the suit and exempt tax in Andhra Pradesh as well.
