Its Official that Jr NTR will play the role of Vijay in 'Kaththi' Telugu remake. After buying the Telugu rights for Kaththi Tagore Madhu approached Pawan Kalyan to star in the film but he turned down the offer due to the controversial subject of the story that deals with the land issue between farmers and multi national companies as he thought it will bring a rift with AP CM Chandrababu Naidu as currently AP Govt is taking land from farmers under land pooling Act. Even Jr. NTR wants to play it safe by changing about 30% of the movie script. NTR currently started shooting for "Nannaku Prematho" under Sukumar's direction and Gopichand Malineni of Balupu fame who is currently busy with Pandaga Chesko. The movie will hit the floor after both NTR and Gopichand Malineni completes their current projects.
