After a long break from the original movie Sardaar Gabbar Singh (Gabbar Singh 2) has finally started the regular shoot on May 29th at Malshej Ghats in Pune , Maharashtra. The news was confirmed by producer of the movie Sharrath Marar who went on to Twitter and posted the news on it. The first tweet reads:
"#Gabbarsingh2 off to a great start this morning. All team members excited and charged. #PSPK to join the shoot soon."(sic)and another tweet was to the director of the movie Bobby which reads:
"@dirbobby sets the ball rolling. It is guns, goons and horses at the Malshej Ghats in Maharashtra. And #gabbarsingh will join d action soon."(sic)
As the tweets mentioned Pawan Kalyan is yet to join the shoot and is said to be joining by the first week of June. Presently he sports a bearded look with long hair which may be used for some important scenes in the movie. This news had brought joy to the fans of power star as it ended all the rumors regarding Pawan Kalyan retiring from films. The film will be released under North Star Entertainment banner with Anisha Ambrose playing the female lead while Devi Sri Prasad will be providing background score and music.
