Baahubali International Cut Ready for Busan International Film Festival
SS Rajamouli's epic war film Baahubali: The Beginning which recently crossed its 50 day run at box office is all set to represent India at Busan International Film Festival (BIFF). Raajamouli himself confirmed this news on twitter. He tweeted:
Baahubali will be screening at Busan international film festival on oct 4th, 7th and 9th. I’ll Be attending on 4th.(sic)
After minting about 600+ crores at box office It is said an international cut of Baahubali: The Beginning edited by Vincent Tabaillon a Hollywood editor who has previously worked on The Incredible Hulk (2008) and Clash of the Titans (2010) will be screened at BIFF. The international edition is cut down by 23 minutes to suit the western audience.

Not just Baahubali this time many other Indian films like Mani Ratnam’s O Kadhal Kanmani, Vijay Sethupathi’s Orange Mittai, Shahram Ali’s Black Horse Memories, Mozez Singh’s Zubaan, Hari Viswanath’s Radio Se, Neeraj Ghaywan’s Masaan, Nagesh Kukunoor’s Dhanak and Hansal Mehta’s Aligarh will also be screened at BIFF under Asian Cinema category. Even with all these movies all eyes are set on the Baahubali international edition.
