Tamil Superstar Ajith Kumar and Siruthai Siva's upcoming movie tentatively titled "Thala 56", is shooting at a brisk pace as the makers are planning to release the film for the coming Diwali. Recently it was reported that there is a huge demand for #Thala56 distribution rights, but the latest news is the distribution rights of Thala56(Vedalam) have been sold.
Not just for Tamilnadu the rights for worldwide release has been sold for a huge price. The news was confirmed by Tamilnadu's leading entertainment industry tracker, Sreedhar Pillai. He tweeted "#Thala56 update - All TN & Overseas theatrical rights sold. Title & official press meet shortly. Gearing up for a Diwali release. (sic)"
Thala fans were thrilled with this news of Thala56 distribution rights being sold even without releasing an official title, first look poster or music launch of the film. This shows the stamina of Ajith at Kollywood box office. Ajith fans set Twitter ablaze with the hashtag #Thala56RedHotInTrade which was trending in the micro blogging site.
Looks like Ajith wants to end this year on a high note after starting it with the super hit film 'Yennai Arindhaal' directed by Gautham Menon. It is said the makers are planning to release the official title and first look poster of the film on 17th September. In this action entertainer Ajith will be seen romancing both Shruti Haasan and Lakshmi Menon. Ajith will be playing as a Taxi driver while we see Shruthi as a Lawyer in this film.
