Lakshmi Manchu Is Telangana Swachh Bharat's Brand Ambassador

Manchu Lakshmi daughter of Padma Shri Mohan Babu bagged a rare honor from the government of India. She was made the brand ambassador for Swachh Bharat's Telangana chapter by the BJP led Urban Development Ministry of India. Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is a national campaign to make a Clean India by 2019. It was PM Narendra Modi's most ambitious campaign.

She will be honored by president Pranab Mukherjee at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on 10th of September. Expressing her gratitude Lakshmi Manchu said with the inspiration of PM Narendra Modi she was already participating in several social programs and with the recent honor she will work even more to make Telangana a cleanest state and make a Swachh Telangana.

Lakshmi Manchu went on to Twitter and to thank for bestowing this special honor and wrote "It is truly an honor to be selected as the Swaach Bharath ambassador by the Indian Ministry of Urban Development. Forward and upward".
